In an already increasingly digital world, RSM identified a need for our client, The Beauty Bed to have an online presence to increase their revenue stream. Enter COVID-19, and we knew we had to evolve swiftly and implement an e-Commerce website to assist in not only providing an outlet for revenue to trade in the current climate, but to set the business up for the future trends and changes in consumer behaviour. 

 

We designed and implemented a fully functional e-Commerce website supporting their product range, supported by a vast promotional plan. This included organic and paid Facebook advertising, eDM and an influencer campaign resulting in high traffic and new users to the site. After a great first week of sales behind us, we are implementing an acquisition campaign and retention exercises to ensure we continue to maintain brand awareness and conversion.
