The Runway to Runway Fashion Festival combines agricultural heritage with the stylish merino wool and cotton designs Australia is known for the world over. It’s a one-of-a-kind event that will showcase and support the wonderful depth of talent of our fashion industry and shine a spotlight on the Darling Downs as a premium tourism destination.
There are few fashion designers that can say their creativity has been showcased against the stunning backdrop of an iconic, heritage listed woolshed. It’s truly a unique opportunity – one that the Jondaryan Woolshed needed to maximise in 2016 to ensure the longevity of the event.
Round Square Marketing was engaged to reinvent the fashion festival’s business model to attract corporate sponsorship for the first time in the event’s history. In 2015, we locked in several major sponsors, curating an incredible festival in September.
The Runway to Runway Fashion Festival has also attracted the support of famed Australian designer Wayne Cooper as festival ambassador in 2015 and Nicola Finnetti in 2016, and an exciting collection of high profile designers will be soon be announced.
The not-to-be missed occasion of the festival calendar is the black-tie gala dinner. With a decadent menu celebrating regional produce and wines, runway show, entertainment, and charity auction for the Endeavour Foundation, this stylish night out is an exceptional opportunity to meet and mingle with some of the region’s biggest names in business.
