Armstrong Auto Group (Toowoomba BMW) engaged us to manage an exclusive, cocktail event to celebrate the launch of the highly anticipated and all-new BMW 3 Series range.
The event was invitation only and premium, bringing through fresh and fun elements refelective of the BMW brands core foundation - Pioneering, Thrilling, Independent and Aesthetic.
To incorporate the theme of 'illumination' we used a neon sign and illuminated balloons throughout the showroom.
Additionally, to create social media virality across the target market, we sourced blue lighting, large letters, a climbing balloon install, as well as sparkulars and dry ice for the major reveal of the vehicle.
To further the guest experience, we reached out to Brisbane based fashion illustrator Kaili Saba. She was a great hit amongst the ladies!
The event generated great exposure across the media and received exceptional feedback from guests who attended.
