Outgoing, fiercely determined, compassionate and full of drive – they’re just some of the ways to describe Round Square Marketing director Lauren Hope.

A young mum blessed with a deep love for her family and an equally deep passion for the exciting world of marketing, Lauren continues to take Round Square Marketing from strength to strength.

“I established the business because I saw a hole in the market for common sense, practical and flexible marketing solutions in the Toowoomba region,” she said.

“I knew I had the ideas and the philosophies to make a difference for local businesses. Sometimes they just need a helping hand to navigate the confusing minefield that marketing can be…….and we’ve been able to provide that.”

It’s this strategic insight and friendly approach from Lauren that has established itself as the hallmark of Round Square Marketing.

Lauren offers more than a decade of marketing and corporate communication experience, across a variety of sectors, including from within the competitive and fast-paced civil construction industry as the previous Marketing Manager for the FK Gardner Group.

“I decided it was time to swap my steel-capped boots and fluro vest for a more comfortable wardrobe,” she laughs. “But the skills and experience I’ve received through my construction roles have been invaluable. It allowed me to quickly identify challenges and develop solutions – that way, everyone wins.”

Lauren’s experienced at leading teams and is an expert at developing the internal and external stakeholder relationships needed to drive successful engagement across businesses, with communities and at all levels of government.

“You need to listen. You need to understand every aspect of a client’s situation and then allay their concerns by discussing the outcomes they want to achieve and offering solutions,” Lauren said.

“Once you’ve established a common direction, then the pieces fall into place and you can map a blueprint for success.”

In 2013, Lauren was a finalist in the Australian Institute of Management’s Young Manager of the Year Awards, and a finalist in the 2011 Fairfax Employment Marketing Awards.

“It’s nice to be acknowledged in the industry I love, because it helps fuel that enthusiasm and excitement I have for marketing,” she said. “But, most importantly, it shows that the ideas I have and the decisions I make in my business are seen as being innovative and contemporary. It’s great to be recognised by your peers.”

Marketing Strategist


As the team’s Marketing Strategist, Annie Glover brings more than five years’ experience to this pivotal role.

With a strong background in service marketing and event management, Annie has worked with a variety of clients from real estate to hairdressers. She understands the complexities of business as an entrepreneur herself and the integral role marketing and public relations plays in attracting and retaining consumers.

"Marketing to me is a perfect ying and yang mix, combining my passion for strategy and organisation with the ability to pitch and execute creative concepts to drive cut through for clients” Annie said.

Annie joined the Round Square Marketing team after most recently working with one of Toowoomba’s most renowned real estate agencies – Colliers International. Where she lead the multiple marketing functions of the fast paced agency.

Launching her own event styling business in 2015, Annie’s desire to concentrate her skill set in the events industry lead her to join Round Square Marketing hitting the ground running assisting in the 2016 It’s a Bloke Thing Luncheon and the inaugural Downlands College Wake up with the Wallabies Breakfast.


With an intricate eye for detail, a passion for business and unwavering drive for her clients, Annie revels in brainstorming, fine tuning, executing and evaluating our clients strategies.

Stef is a passionate Brand and Digital Marketing professional who has worked in London, New York City and Melbourne in Senior Marketing roles across brands such as Burberry, French Connection, Review, and ASOS, and has directly consulted to businesses in Real Estate, Law, Property and Medical.  With over 15 years marketing experience Stef is motivated to create authentic conversation for businesses of all sizes, to deliver effective communication solutions across digital strategy, social media, public relations and content creation.

Taya is the Marketing Coordinator here at Round Square Marketing. With 2 years experience in the Marketing industry, she has excelled in managing a variety of client accounts and enjoys working with them to achieve their goals. 

Taya’s professional experience includes five years in a variety of administrative roles within the education industry. She also holds a range of business qualifications which have proven to be beneficial to RSM.

Taya has embraced every opportunity to create marketing materials and assist with event organisation, as this is where her passion lies. She is extremely eager to expand her knowledge and skills in the marketing industry. 

She is hard-working, excellent at multitasking and takes a genuine interest in the needs of your business. She strives to help others succeed and takes great pride and joy in achieving this goal. 

When away from work, you will find her sipping away on a chai latte while reading a good book or soaking up the sun on a beach camping getaway.

Graphic & Digital Design Coordinator


Bek recently graduated from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interactive and Visual Design before making the big move to Toowoomba. Whilst studying at QUT, Bek’s been submerged in the world of technology and design. She has worked with various coding languages including: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java & C++.

Bek has experience with all things graphics; from logo design to web design... she has even created her own typeface!

Throughout the course of her degree, Rebeka has worked in many industries including retail and administration and has been freelancing as a graphic designer. She’s also interned at various companies including RSPCA QLD. This has given her useful skills like multitasking and the ability to swiftly meet deadlines. 

She has a passion for infographics, print design and sustainable design. Bek can’t wait to bring new and exciting ideas to RSM and her clients.
